About

Hi, I’m Lesley! My insatiable curiosity drives me every day, reflected in my two guiding mottos: "Why not?" and "If it's worth doing, it's worth doing badly." I embrace growth and improvement, which I consider essential to my identity as an adaptive perfectionist.

Currently, I serve as a Children’s Program Coordinator at Danbury Public Library, where I specialize in content creation, program development, negotiation, and community engagement. Over the past year, I’ve successfully increased attendance to an average of 18 participants per program, enhanced retention of attendees and volunteers, and developed highly creative and innovative children's programs.

I am now seeking to transition into the digital media and design space, where I can leverage my passion for content creation across various mediums, effectively market organizations, and apply data analytics to gain insights into organizational metrics. My resourcefulness, curiosity, and interdisciplinary skills enable me to bring a fresh perspective that amplifies an organization’s reach.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching a wide range of shows, from Indian dramas to K-dramas, diving into romance novels, and exploring new artistic crafts.
